3. I have discovered that media studies is very interesting in that it forces me to look at a piece of information in a different way and not interpret it just off of what I see. It's also shown me just how much skill, effort and money that goes into each TV show, movie or news article.

4. Through studying media I have been inspired to try branching out with what genres I watch, as before I would never watch anything too serious, but now I watch more serious shows to comedies.
